This place reeks of must and has outdated posters. Gross cigars and cheap bongs don’t go here or come to Billerica in general. Stay away or go to Boston

Came in here about a month ago to pick up some new glass. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the selection and products offered. I found the glass to be more for the taste of novices and first time smokers. If you’re a knowledgeable and experienced user then I would not recommend coming in here and wasting your time.

Nice place. Very friendly staff. They helped me out and offered advice without being pushy or condescending. Definitely laid back but knowledgeable. They answered questions without trying the whole «up-​selling» shtick. Very much recommend this cool locally owned shop.

Clean environment, knowledgeable staff, fair prices and excellent selection.
One of the few places locally where I can find Ken Kendall’s exceptional 7−20−4 cigars including the Hustler line and Spyder. Highly recommended.
Only downside of this shop is sometimes there are too many youngsters in there shopping for ‘vaping’ supplies.
Yeah, I understand this is the trend and Billerica SS needs to cater to all types, but geeze Louise, these kiddos can be annoying. I prefer a shop that caters to real smokers — — - I guess I’m becoming a cranky old fart. I can live with that.

George is a great guy, always friendly when you go in. Used to go in when they had the old shop, but ever since they re-​did it the place looks beautiful. Everything is nice and clean and welcoming. The only thing I wish is that they’d carry a bigger selection. Sometimes it’s hard to find the small things you need. You’ll go in for a 14 mm slide and they’ll only have 18 mm and stuff like that. Otherwise this place is next to perfect. More glass selection, big balls of hemp wic, and more heady worked glass would be cool.

Great place to hang around, talk with the owner (George), get caught up on the new on the flat screen or get your lottery. The Shop has frequent cigar events that are a lot of fun.
