Dinsmore Brian J Landscaping

Brian did a simple aerate and over seed this fall. We played some e-​mail tag to get a date set-​up but he came out as planned. Exactly the work we discussed. What was most helpful was the follow-​up instructions. Brian had a very specific set of follow-​up steps that worked as promised. The lawn thickened up and greened up beautifully. I’m a do it yourself kind of guy so I appreciate when people teach me how to do a job better not just collect their fee and leave. I will surely call him again.

We hired Brian Dinsmore in 2010 when we lived in Wilmington and he was our landscaper for 5 years. Every spring/​summer, we would have him and his team work on our lawn since they are very professional and met our high standards. Our lawn was in horrible condition due to grubs before hiring Brian’s team so we had them redo the lawn. A couple of our neighbors also eventually hiring Brian Dinsmore just by seeing the results of his work on our lawn. I would highly recommend Brian Dinsmore and his crew.

Last summer Brian and his team did an extensive project in my yard. It took several weeks and Brian was consistently here and letting me know what was happening each step. A new patio was installed along with 3 walls, a walkway and a new driveway. The stone walls out front are gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned.
Brian made sure everything was built to last for years.
New plant beds, a new lawn and sprinkler system were also installed. Brian worked with me on all aspects and truly was interested in making sure I was satisfied. We worked together on plant choices and even went together to the nursery.
Brian has a great team including the contractors he uses. He took care of so many areas in my yard and made sure each aspect was done well. I highly recommend Brian Dinsmore and his team. He did an amazing job turning my yard into a wonderful space and I can’t wait for summer to be outside enjoying it!

After several years of neglect, I decided it was finally time to redo my lawn. Getting a late start in the season, I had a difficult time actually getting somebody to call me back. I was able to obtain two estimates to redo 75% of my lawn.
The first landscaper told me he could tear up my existing lawn, bring in many yards of loam, and put down seed. Brian Dinsmore suggested putting down loam over my existing lawn. The good grass would grow through and the new seed that he put down would take over the rest. He then asked me how I was going to take care of the lawn since I do not have a sprinkler system. After some conversation, I decided to have him install sprinklers for us. The entire project didn’t cost much more than the first estimate I got for loam and seed only.
The reason I went with Dinsmore Landscaping was because it didn’t just seem like he was looking for a job to do. He wanted me to have a lawn that I was happy with and could enjoy for many years. Throughout the summer, Brian kept in touch with me through both email and phone calls and advised me on what my next step should be to care for the lawn. Because it was such a rough summer he came back twice and added seed to the areas that had washed away.
