This company should be reported to the BBB, their service is terrible, they do not seem to care about their customers, shipped the wrong product, called and asked to speak to Supervisor or President, Joseph didn’t have that information, told not allowed to provide that information. If anyone knows who the President is, please send me that information.

Worst catalog company I have ever dealt with, will demand my money back for their lack of concern and disappointing my Grand-daughter’s birthday present.
Someone should go to jail in my opinion!!!

I ordered some decorative panels for my wife. I ordered from this site because the local store was out of stock and thought it might be several weeks before getting a replacement. AFTER I ordered I was advised by email that they too were out of stock but thought they would have it in soon. After a few weeks I received another email saying, again, they didn’t know when my item would be in stock but they would let me know. There were instructions for canceling the order automatically which I followed. A month later I received the exact same email again stating my order was still pending and they would let me know. AGAIN I followed the auto cancel instructions even adding the note that this was the second time I had cancelled. 5 weeks later I got an email stating my product had shipped!
I called and was told there was nothing they could do. I should either refuse the delivery (impossible because I’m not home during the day) or return it and call them and let them know what the shipping cost was because THEY HAD NO MEANS TO ISSUE A PRE PAID SHIPPING LABEL.
So 3 months after my initial order they finally had my product. They shipped it despite my having cancelled the order twice. They don’t have the ability to issue a prepaid shipping label… something a 13 year old with a smart phone can do… and I am supposed to ship the product back at my expense and trust them to fix it all.
My advice people is stay far far away from the company and their website. They seem to be some rinky dink operation. They are possibly just someone drop shipping from home and not a real business at all. In any case I will never trust them with an order again.
