Not what we expected. The Decour is sort of Mexican, but nevertheless extremely clean and inviting. We actually ordered Indian food using a Groupon. The food was tasty, we ordered garlic naan chicken tikka masala and a special goat curry. The goat curry was flavorful not too spicy not too weak, but actually was me that had lots of bones. I think it would’ve been a little bit better if it had been promised me. And didn’t taste very gamy. The chicken was very good as well. The tomato sauce was not as creamy as I was used to, but still flavorful and on point. We got kir for dessert. Nice and soothing. We will be back. The staff was extremely pleasant and inviting too

My husband and I called in an order for pick up at about 6:30. They said it would be about 20 minutes. I called my husband almost an hour later and he was still waiting for the food! Supposedly they sent our order out with the delivery guy and we had to wait for it to get back! And since they’d already made him pay not consideration for the wait or that our food was now cold. When my husband got home and I opened the bag I realized they shorted us an order of bread. I called back, really ticked off that our food was cold and we didn’t get what we had paid for and they said they had to check with the kitchen. In other words they didn’t believe me! When I demanded a refund for our missing item, they guy said he’d have to check with the owners tomorrow. I will never order from this place again and I’d advise anyone else thinking of it not to! They’re rude, and will rip you off. $ 40 for cold, not all there food is ridiculous.

Food is decent Terrible Terrible service and delivery It is very rare they get a delivery order correct If you have food allergies look elsewhere to eat since they fail to comply with these issues despite every effort made from the customer Even spoke to owner to work it out and they failed at any service recovery attempt. Very disappointing I would hope they take this review seriously and correct their deficiencies I wish them luck

I can’t say enough about this place, today was my first visit and I know I will definitely be going back. We ate off the Indian menu — samosas, chicken tikka masala, chicken vindaloo and of course garlic naan. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Everything was extremely flavorful and hot. The service was great too, everyone who worked there asked if we liked the food(which we did) as we were leaving, they gave us dessert on the house. Despite being full the max we ate it because it was so good! I am already making plans to go back. Next time we will try going at lunch, especially after reading all the other Unilocal reviews.

Their delivery and customer service needs work. I live in town and received a flyer & menu stating that they deliver to my area. Tried to order and they said they don’t deliver to my area of Billerica, despite mailing me a flyer that says they do.

Our corporate office order from the place. $ 1 delivery charge and they are always on time and don’t charge for set up and utensils. Servings are big for the price and the food is fresh you can tell it was prepped the same day instead of the night before. Kudos to you! Wraps, Panini’s, and egg rolls are good.

Was there last week with my daughter. I was excited to try the Indian food, as my favorite place close to home(in Woburn) was sold and not that good any more. Dinner was delicious, staff was super nice, and welcoming. They even brought us some complimentary Naan and mango lassi over. Loved the food – two vegetarian entrees to suit my daughter. Both delicious: Malai Kofta and Aloo Chole hit the spot. Made a great lunch the next day, too! The staff was so nice: it was near closing time when we left and they all said good night and asked if we’d enjoyed the food. I am going to play hookey to try their lunch buffet one of these days – based on what I ate, I cannot wait to try more! A+ for taste and service!

It’s decent and there are not too many options in the area. Used to be better when it was Buonno Pannini, but they still have some of the original panninis. The bread is pretty good.

Customer service and delivery have gone way down hill. It should not take over an hour to deliver for lunch and I shouldn’t get an attitude when inquiring about said late lunch. Telling me 70 minutes after I order that I didn’t meet the minimum is unprofessional. It’s not like delivery is free. If your website allows errors, that’s on your website. I will not be calling again.

I would have to go with a strong 3 stars because the food was actually pretty good. We did have a couple of mishaps though. I wanted a cheeseburger and they rand out of ground beef, and secondly I presented my Unilocal app to them for a 10% off first check in discount and the owner said it was for online orders only! Pretty sure it’s impossible to redeem a mobile check in offer through online takeout orders. Anyway he gave me a break because they ran out of the ground meat so that was cool. Steak too sub was awesome and they actually cooked the tips to order and nailed them medium rare(I was pretty doubtful this being a sub shop). The sauce they had on the table was really good too; it was a spicy ketchup based sauce that I kicked up a notch with some garlic cholula. All in all I will definitely return because the food is for sure good quality. Just a couple kinks they need to work out!

Stumbled upon this place and didn’t have the highest of hopes as it’s in a slightly obscure location in a small, less than exciting strip mall. when I walked in it was busy which was a great sign and the food was delicious! everything looked clean inside the place too, Plus they use boars head sliced meats which I like. great experience!

Ordered online, for delivery, called after 40 minutes of waiting. Said that they did not have what I ordered and told me to cancel this order. There is no option online to cancel. Told this to the individual I spoke with who then hung up on me. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the order. I will NEVER buy from again after this encounter. Horrific customer service. Initially by waiting 40 minutes for delivery. Secondly by not contacting me that they did not have what I had ordered on their own… despite having my order placed 40 minutes previous. Thirdly, by hanging up the phone on me after providing me with no direction as to how to cancel my order. APPALLING!

Stumbled on to Shaan’s purely by accident — and a happy accident it was. We don’t live in the area but had to drive up to Billerica to pick up a shipment at a warehouse. Happened to drive by on the way in and decided to stop and give it a try for a late lunch. Glad we did — very nice people — a winner there — and the food was exceptionally good. I had the Southwestern Panini with chicken and it was great. Overall the sandwich was outstanding fresh ciabatta bread and the chicken was moist and flavorful — and it was made with large portions of real chicken breast. We also ordered the Southwestern Panini made with beef and that was excellent as well — chunks of well-prepared steak tips with roasted red peppers, etc. The third person ordered a BLT wrap — not on the menu but they made it — no fuss — and it too was excellent — lots of bacon and a large enough sandwich that she took half home to finish for lunch the next day. French fries were okay — nothing special — the thin crispy ones — but freshly made and hot. The service was excellent, and the interior was clean and comfortable. It was a cold day and we sat across from a fireplace that was going that made it comfortable and pleasant. I wish we had some place like Shaan’s anywhere near where we live — — - or maybe not because we’d probably be spending too much money eating out there. It was that good. And if we get back to that area in the future, we’ll make it a point to revisit.

This place has an unlikely build out and is poised for a serious lunch crowd. The roast beef is good. Sorry am I to be a humble eater and not to be able to eat more… Police and efficient staff, clean and spacious location near the highway with plenty of parking. Definitely to go on the lunch list.

Golly. I work down the road and always bring my lunch, but forgot it today and asked the secretary where people go for lunch. She mentioned a few options and Shaan’s sounded appealing so I went. It’s an unassuming little joint in the end spot of a shopping center I’ve passed zillions of times but I never would’ve noticed it if I weren’t looking for it. The place seemed like it could use a renovation but it was clean presentable enough. The menu had a bunch of appealing options but I went with a turkey toscana panini. Turkey, peppers, onions, cheese, pesto. My kind of sandwich. The cost was ok, $ 8 is a little more than I’d usually spend on lunch but it’s not unreasonable. The wait wasn’t bad, about 10 minutes. And the panini, goodness. That was a solid sandwich. The thing about it was that I could taste all of the ingredients. I never get proportions perfect when I make a sandwich, but this was so perfect it’s scary. Everything on it tasted great. It was bigger than what I’d usually eat too, could’ve saved the second half for another meal if I were less hungry. Going back next time I don’t bring my lunch, for sure!

This place took over when former business Buono Panini(BP) closed down. While BP had its quirks with customer service, the food was always very good at a reasonable price. I had heard great reviews at work about the new place, so while on a lunch break, I decided to try it. For those who were familiar with BP, the former dessert display area is now seating, there’s a small strip of seating on the right when you walk in, and then the area BP had for seating on the right is still there. the main area up front is still there with no changes. One thing that struck me is above the cashier is a fast-food-esque menu of sorts. It looks like it’s «combo meal» pricing with few specific dishes mentioned. There are laminated menus right at the counter laying unceremoniously flat that offer they varied menu. That’s a bit odd. The menus should have more prominence. I noticed that they kept most, if not all, of the panini offers BP had and were known for. If you liked BP, this is good thing. I went for the Grilled Chicken panini(from the online menu): Marinated chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, baby greens, tomato, red onion and lemon aioli. See picture. The people working the counter were friendly and took my order. I was given a receipt with an order number on it. There’s a few seats literally right in front by the cashier you can sit on while waiting for your food; nice touch. My order was done in about ten minutes and my order number was called. I picked up my plate and was immediately impressed with portion size. It seemed a little bigger than BP used to serve and was piping hot. I sat at one of the side tables and took a bite. First, the chicken was real, marinated grilled chicken. It was not that«looks like chicken, tastes like chicken» stuff chains will pass off to you. This seemed to be a real, thick juicy breast meat. A thick slice of fresh mozzarella, just enough baby greens, a slice of tomato and plenty of red onions accompanied the meat. Topped off with a light, yet noticeable amount of lemon aioli. It was much, much better than I expected! I consumed my meal with great pleasure as it’s rare to have such a good sandwich that’s immensely filling. I wanted to make sure I tried another selection to ensure a consistent experience on my next visit. A week later I looked online at their menu and called in a pick up order for a «Southwestern Panini» with chicken(from the menu): peppers, onions, fontina cheese and chipotle mayonnaise. Price was $ 8.99 and would be ready in 15 minutes. The Southwestern was just as good as the«Grilled Chicken» choice a week before. Same quality chicken with just enough peppers and onions, finished with a coating of lightly spicy chipotle mayonnaise. Shaan’s is a great replacement for BP by far. The employees are always nice, quick, and courteous. The atmosphere is casual and pleasant, but the food seems to be the star. If you’re in the area for any reason and need a quality meal, Shaan’s will more than foot that proverbial bill.

Online ordering and free delivery. Sandwiches, Panini’s, salads all well prepared and very delish. Very wide choices large portions for a very reasonable price. If I lived up here I’m not sure I would do a lot of cooking with a place like Shaan’s around.

This place is awesome! I’ve been here a handful of times during my lunch break. I usually get the chicken tikki masala wrap or their dinner. Both are good. Price is just right for the enormous portions they give you. Service is fantastic. They’ll bring your food to you and the guy actually came up to me and asked if i needed anything and how the food was. I suggest everyone get their BOGO deal on groupon.
