We offer a full menu of esthetic services, manicures, pedicures, waxing, air brushed spray tanning & the IBX Nail Repair System. We provide these services in a clean, fun and relaxing atmosphere by licensed professionals. We use and sell only top quality spa products that now includes organic nail polish. Our friendly, professional staff will never make you feel rushed or hurried. Delighting customers is our specialty. Walk-​in customers are always welcomed, but appointments are easy & preferred. We have gift certificates available in any amount desired (purchase in spa or via telephone), free WiFi, off-​street parking and an elevator for those needing assistance. We welcome calls with questions or to book an appointment. Be sure to check our web page for a full menu of services, prices & changing monthly specials. We’re located above Enterprise Auto Rental. Please note that our entrance is on the *Pinedale Avenue* side of the building.

History

Established in 2012.

We spent most of the winter and early spring transforming our 2nd floor space into a place that I thought would not only be pleasant to look at but relaxing to be in. I had a great deal of help from friends and family and incorporated only their very best ideas; I’m confident that you’ll like the results as much as I do. I opened for business immediately after passing inspections from both town and the state officials on the afternoon of Monday, April 23, 2012. I am sure you’ll enjoy our friendly service and conversation with your nail technician or aesthetician. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before, during and after your service and look forward to seeing you soon!

I’m a long-​time Burlington resident have been interested in skin care for many years. I became a licensed aesthetician several years ago and shortly thereafter became a licensed nail technician. I’m in the spa daily and I am happy to answer any skin and nail care questions you might have.

I discovered this hidden gem about a year ago. The salon and equipment are spotless and Jan gives a quality, professional pedicure that lasts! I also really appreciate her evening hours. It’s a great way to end the day!

Just got back from a mini facial here. Decided to try it as I had heard about them thru a facebook group I am on.
Jan was super nice and extremely gentle to my freakishly sensitive face.
My face feels human again and I cant wait to get a mani here (they have ORGANIC manis!)

I am so happy I found this place. I have been going to Jan for over a year now. I’ve had many gel manis, eyebrow wax, pedi and spray tans. All have been great. Jan has also been a huge help in revamping my skin care routine with products that actually treat the issues I’m having. I look forward to going every two weeks and would highly recommend ALL of the services here.

This spa is a hidden gem. A friend at work suggested this place for a spray tan, my tan was amazing and I also decided to get an eye brow wax while I was in there. She took her time on my brows and they were great! The spa itself is very clean and relaxing. I won’t go anywhere else for a tan or waxing!

10 stars! I am so pleased with the polished loft! Dianne is my nail tech and she is a perfectionist! She polishes beautifully, I love her French manicure. Her pedicures are to die for! She makes you so relaxed and comfortable! She is patient, she strives to make her clients happy. Janet is my skin, spray tan, & waxing professional! I always feel so good after visiting Janet! She keeps up with the new skin recommendations & gives great advice on how to take care of your skin! I have always been extremely satisfied with her waxing! Never any irritation or redness! Her products are high end! She is so nice to talk to! I hear they have massage now, I just got a gift certificate! Can’t wait to use it! I travel 35 minutes to go to the polished loft! I want a job done GREAT, a clean place, nice people, professionalism & perfection, and this is what you get at the polished loft, EACH & EVERY visit! Thank you ladies!!!

Very clean and friendly staff! The atmosphere is soothing, and just what you want to relax and be pampered. My nails lasted 2 weeks, which is amazing and the price is just right.

Longest pedi ever and I barely got a leg rub! The water in tue tub was cold and she must have forgotten that you need to rinse off the scrub stuff. I felt like a glazed donut! The girl painted slower than anyone ever! Her hands were shaking. C’mon!
The chairs were not that comfortable.
Won’t go back.
Lesson learned.

I got the best manicure this past weekend at The Polished Loft. It’s the most soothing place I’ve ever gotten my nails done. No noisy yelling by nail technicians like some other places I’ve been. I was completely relaxed the entire time and was so sad when my manicure was done. I already can’t wait to go back and get them done again!

I discovered The Polished Loft by purchasing a Living Social certificate for a $ 12 gel manicure. I was pleasantly surprised to call over on a Friday morning and hear that they could fit me in after work that day (Friday evening appointments are not easy to come by at the last-​minute)! When I arrived, I found the salon to be very aesthetically pleasing. The interior design was beautiful — each room had a soothing design but had its own unique look and feel.
I opted to pay the extra $ 5 for a french gel manicure. I got to pick from a few different shades of pink. The young woman who did my nails was very pleasant and did a fantastic job. The lines were very clean, which isn’t easy when you’re doing a french manicure with gel polish. But best of all it’s already been 11 days since my manicure and it doesn’t have a single chip. I know gel manicures are supposed to last at least 2 weeks, but I’ve had some that have peeled much earlier than that, whereas this one still looks almost as good as the day I got it.
The owner is very friendly and obviously takes customer service to heart. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to others.

Beautiful Salon, modern, warm, well maintained and very clean. Other Salons sometimes lack hygiene; not fully sanitizing equipment and tools in between clients. Here everything is done first-​rate, no shortcuts; you get what you pay for. I enjoy my visits also because I don’t hear chatter in a foreign language to coworkers while I’m in the chair. This leaves me to wonder if I am being talked about; I hate how that makes me feel. Very convivial atmosphere among Technicians and clients. I’m a new, very loyal fan!
