Villas At Old Concord

Easily the worst place I’ve ever lived, from neighbors through management. The neighbors regularly violate the lease terms, particularly noise at night and management does absolutely nothing. This isn’t a few bumps around 10om, it’s people running around and making noise every single night between 11pm-​2am. Every single night.
Again, management has said they can’t do anything. Their office is regularly understaffed and they don’t answer their phones. The apartments smell like smoke, even after cleanings. The appliances are terrible.
There’s dog poop everywhere and no one cleans it up. It’s disgusting and unsanitary.
Even my old college dorms in Boston were cleaner and quieter than this hell hole.

Recently moved from another State and have been living here for about 3 months now. From day one i have been having my upstairs neighbor make so much noise. I can hear every darn foot step they take, which is fine, i guess, nothing can be done about that. Although there are more crazy noises late at night, its almost like there is a furniture store or something upstairs. Everyday something is being dragged or dropped (like a loud pounding noise). Couple of weeks after moving in, i complained about the late night noises to the office, no change has been noted. Don’t get me wrong, I love my apartment and the community, except the noises upstairs makes the experience of home, not quite homely. Its crazy how thin these walls are, I can hear a snoring man in one of the next door apartments at night (CRAZY! to me at least!). So all in all great place with extremely thin walls. (Note: not my 1^st time renting, been renting for many years in many different States)
The town this place is in, does not have much to do, although Burlington and Bedford or even Boston is not too far, so that is a great plus.

Maintenance came into my place today to change out the problematic appliances and I’m happy to report that the annoying noises are gone! I’m thankful that the manager and maintenance continued to work on the problem to get it resolved.
