As a new Grandma, I was all over this store when they first opened. I probably spent a couple thousand in there! Then one day on my lunch hour, I went in and I forgot my 20% coupon. The lady rudely told me their new policy is they have to have the coupons. I planned on making a large purchase so they lost a nice sale, and a customer! I won’t be back. I will go to Gymboree or Crazy 8 or even Dilliards before I step foot in here again. Not honoring a coupon by not even offering to look up my account=poor service.

Been in the store a few times since they opened and always have received great customer service! The staff have always made it a point to interact with me and point out current favorites in the store.

Clothes are reasonably prices with large selection. I commented on the lack of service and was politely directed to management. I think the sales staff may be more helpful.
