History

Established in 1981.

CUC Software began in a working HVAC company when a need was seen for industry specific software. With our foundation built from within the industry we serve, we understand what our customers need, and we understand service. Our customers are scattered throughout the USA and Canada, and we offer each company personalized support via telephone, email and web access. CUC Software is a member of ACCA and HRAI, and we are partners with HRAI and ClimateCare as a recommended software solution for thier members.

At CUC Software, we seek to help our customers maintain and use the data that they need to effectively manage their businesses. Part of my job is to promote our company and the level of service that we offer. One of the best parts of this is that I get to meet our customers and get to know them. We are blessed to be able to work with a wonderful group of people throughout North America.

I also help with customer support and software development, often bridging the gap by bringing ideas that customers share with me back to the programming staff for enhancements and updates.

Additionally, I provide training and webinars on our software, and occasionally I get to speak at seminars and conferences.
