Wendy’s

Never have had a problem with service our good quality. I like a bowl of chili and baked potato very filling. The chili is good on days like today, and no matter how cold the frosty his the spot. They have 255 different burger combination of condiments. I like throwing them a curve single with cheese no lettuce extra pickle mustard map no ketchup and onion then the other burger is totally different

This particular Wendy’s located on Central Ave next door to the KFC has food that is typical Wendy’s which in my book means GOOD. Love that Classic Single.
The problem with this particular Wendy’s is they’re absolutely clueless and quite obviously mismanaged. Simple orders somehow get screwed up and not just during a rush, all the time!
Tip #1: When using the Drive Thru, don’t leave the window without first checking your order 100%. Don’t worry about the people behind you… they can wait. Even the drinks need to be checked. I order unsweetened Ice Tea all the time and what do they give me? Coke? That’s not even close.
Tip #2: Be VERY specific. If you don’t want lettuce, say so, then make sure you see «No lettuce» on the order screen. You want ketchup for your fries? You have to ask for it at the window and then physically SEE them put it in. Napkins? You have to ask.
Don’t assume anything here. Where it’s quite obvious at most restaurants that napkins would come free with the meal without asking, that is not the case here.
Again, the food is ALL Wendy’s. it’s good. The people though are not so good.
