History

Established in 1938.

For over 75 years, Delta World Tire has brought quality tires and automotive service to Southern Louisiana. One of the area’s largest independent tire dealers, Delta World Tire carries over 30,000 tires in stock with almost any brand or type of tire available.

However, our selection is only one facet of our success. The real key has always been our commitment to offering the very best in customer service. Our founder, Abe Bernstein, stressed this from the very beginning, and it has remained at the core of everything we do.

Today, Abe Bernstein’s great-​grandchildren continue to grow the business. Delta World Tire now maintains locations throughout Louisiana and along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
