Pass Pointe is a community. That’s our focus! We are an exceptional management team that cares about our residents. We offer planned community events, Funky Fridays, recycling, and the Charity of the Month program allows us to be involved in «the community».

Our Apartment community also has 2 pools, a 24 hour fitness room and laundry facility, a large dog walking area, a field for playing ball, and limited access gates.

Each apartment is uniquely designed for comfort. All apartments have built in fireplaces, walk in closets, washer/​dryer connections, and much more.

Raife, our jack of all trades, excels at leasing and maintenance assistant. He is from Louisiana and can make a mean roux.

Catherine, also from Louisiana, is our community manager. She likes to eat anything with a roux…

Brianne, Catherine’s assistant whom she cannot live or operate without, is a great asset to the company. She is not from Louisiana and doesn’t know what a «roux» is!
