Pin-Up Spa and Boutique

Logan was excellent!
Services are done in a secluded spa area in the back of the store. After taking you to your room, she goes over what you’re having done, then steps out while you undress.
When she returns, she’s funny, quick and super professional.

Very professional. Logan always does a wonderful job on my brows and Brazilian wax. They are also very easy about working around appointment changes. Cute boutique.

Definitely wish I could make this my usual place, but I had to move. I HAD to leave a review, though. Went twice, saw Logan both times, who is super nice, and definitely remembered things we talked about the second time she saw me, which means I know she was paying attention to me, not just gabbing.
I got a Brazilian both times, they also offer bikini and bikini plus (called French I believe) sorta thing, if you don’t want everything gone. Brazilian (either all gone or w/​landing strip) was $ 45, which I found extremely affordable and agreeable. They have a couple different kinds of waxes, one where you use strip of muslin to pull off or the kind where it peels off. The peel of kind was very agreeable with my skin, didn’t leave me feeling raw or uncomfortable. I felt very comfortable in the salon, they were very professional. I was able to make very advanced appointment and they tried their best and squeezed me in for another
The rest of the staff is super friendly, got into a half hour long conversation with one of the ladies while I was paying. Other ladies in the store front made sure to ask if I wanted a dressing room started, helped me find certain things.
Prices for clothes can run a little high, but these ARE boutique items and prices. They have amazing sale racks, though, so don’t be sad. I bought some jewelry and a skirt for $ 35. Styles range all over too. They always ask if you are military; they say they understand how many locals are military, and they try to cater to them as much as possible. Super sweet. :)
Wish I didn’t have to leave, I would definitely come here to get baseline pieces if I were starting a new closet. Maybe it’s good I’m leaving, I’d spend all my money there: P

Back for another Brazilian and Logan did a wonderful job. I wish I lived in the area. I’m from out of town.

Was there for a Brazilian and received the best customer service. They were running a bit late but staff was very accommodating. Aurorina did an amazing job. She was sweet and very patient as she explained everything she did. Wish I was a permanent resident of Mississippi!

What caught my eye was the «you’re gorgeous» light up full body mirror/​podium they have in their store! I was surprised by the atmosphere because it’s hard to find boutiques that have genuinely non judmental nice people working in them. They ALWAYS have excellent sales going on. I also started getting facials from Casey and Logan does my waxing…
Definitely a 5 star place

This was my first and last time at any pin ups establishment.
I got there at 2:40 pm and asked about eye brow threading. The lady at the desk told me it was by appointment only and hat she would check if any were available. Which was totally fair. However she then proceeded to engage in a 15 minute conversation about bachelorette parties and Brazilian waxes with a previous customer, all this while I waited. After the customer left, I figured maybe she would look it up now, well not really. At that moment another customer came up to pay and instead of looking up to see if there were any openings she proceeded to start talking with them. I had to interrupt that conversation to get her to do her job! It took her all of 5 seconds to tell me there were no openings which could have been done 20 mins earlier. So kudos! You get full points for great customer service– not. Not going back there that’s for sure.

Ok so I got a Brazilian done here and maybe I have been spoiled by the Pretty Kitty in San Diego, but I did not enjoy my experience
First off let me say that they both have different wax, which makes a HUGE difference. Pin-​up uses a hard wax
EDITED: I don’t know where the rest of this review went but I had said a few other things like how nice the esthetician was and how I thought that the boutique itself was gorgeous. I also went into detail on how long the whole process was, how uncomfortable it was but apparently it is no longer here?

What a great find!
I’ve been threading for years, usually in the kiosk’s at the mall. due to this I’ve had my fair share of terrible eyebrows. While Pin-​up Spa & Boutique doesn’t look like your typical spa, I was pleasantly surprised by how great my eyebrows turned out. You have to have an appointment because Casey isn’t always at this location & she books up quickly. The lady who works at the register was super sweet as well, she was able to squeeze me in as a walk-​in, I got very lucky. This is probably your only option for threading in this area, the prices are higher than I’ve paid in the past ($ 15) but Casey takes her time ensuring perfect brows.
