Small but good selection. I asked the cashier if she needed to see my driver’s license. She hesitated, almost like she was contemplating. I knew she knew I was over 21, but she didn’t know that I knew she knew. So I gave it to her anyway and she glanced. After that awkward exchange she cashed me out and bagged up my whiskey. I’d have given them five stars (simply because they’re a liquor store), but when I said ‘enjoy your evening’ she only said ‘mmhm.’ It wasn’t a snotty ‘enjoy your evening,’ mind you. I’ve worked behind counters and know what customers are like. I genuinely wanted her to be happy.
