Twin River Commons is downtown Binghamton’s premier student living. Twin River Commons is brand new construction being developed by Newman Development Group and professionally managed by Campus Apartments. Twin River Commons is adjacent to BInghamton University’s Downtown Center and within walking distance to all downtown businesses and nightlife.
