A friend and I popped in for some last minute wedding shopping and this staff was ONIT! Thanks to Kiana(spelling?) we were in and out in under ten minutes. She was absolutely delightful and very efficient.

My fiancé and I drove to this location to register for our upcoming wedding. When we walked in the door, we stood in line to be helped. The employee was helping another customer and when he finished, he walked off at the same time with them. I was left standing there as he asked another customer in front of me if he could help them. He then proceeded to walk over to the check out counter. Another employee, asked if she could help me. I told her I would like to start a wedding registry and she told me that she would send someone to help me. She then walked off. I sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for someone to come. My fiancé walked over to customer service and informed them that we could like to create a registry and they told us to have a seat and someone would be right with us. After 15 minutes, we were still left waiting and the man who had helped the couple’s before us, saw us sitting there and continued to go around asking other customers if he could help them. My fiancé and I were really looking forward to this day. We walked in really excited and left jaded.

This location seems smaller than what I am use to however they still have pretty much have everything you are looking for. Everything thing in this store is well organized and very clean. I like that everything is in its placed. However not sure why but not many employees on the floor to assist customers which is odd. I definitely would come here again. Bed bath has always ensure that all locations are the same.

Came here with the girlfriend to return something she got for Christmas which was broken before she opened the box. Had to crawl under & around ladders to get to the replacement item as the staff didn’t move the ladder for us to get by. We then had to argue with the staff as the item was a gift, we didn’t have a gift receipt. They wanted to charge us 20% fee to get it, unless we could present a coupon. We dug around online on the phones for a bit, until they finally relented and let us leave without paying to replace it. The store is nice, but just left a bit sour due to the experience.

Typical BB&B. Previous reviewer is right there is no one on the floor to help if you have questions. Aisles are packed with every impulse item know to man. It is an awesome place to go for ideas, but not for someone without a lot of disposable income.

Very broad selection of goods in all aspects of the home, all price levels, help is so so and tries to be helpful, but knowledge is lacking.
