Cats Only LLC offers house call grooming services to Birmingham and surrounding areas. Our Certified Feline Master Groomer, Kelcie Brown, has the education and experience to meet all of your cat’s grooming needs in a safe and effective manner. History

Established in 2015.

Too many cats are sedated for shave-​offs every year, despite the risks involved. Our groomer, Kelcie Brown, has seen this occur firsthand in her years working with dog grooming salons and veterinary clinics. That is why, after she graduated from the National Cat Groomers School in Greenville SC and she earned the title of Certified Feline Master Groomer, she has sought to offer low-​stress grooming options designed specifically with cats in mind. This lead her to open the first and only feline-​exclusive grooming business in central Alabama. Our services are designed to meet your cat’s grooming needs (preventing hairballs and matts, reducing allergy responses, trimming nails, etc) while focusing our attention to each specific cat. During their groom, they receive our undivided attention, and they are spared the stress of riding in a carrier, traveling in the car, and being exposed to strange places and smells.

Our groomer, Kelcie Brown, is the only Certified Feline Master Groomer (CFMG) in central Alabama. She graduated from the National Cat Groomers School in February of 2011, the only school in the world devoted exclusively to cat grooming. There, she certified in pet first aid and CPR in addition to completing 4 written and 5 practical examinations to earn her CFMG title. She remains a member in good standing with the National Cat Groomers Institute of America, Inc.

Since graduating, she has groomed cats for A. B. Grooming & Spa Services in Childersburg. For over 2 years, she worked and groomed for Cat Haven Veterinary Clinic, furthering her experience handling and grooming cats. She is now happy to offer house call services to meet all your feline’s grooming needs!
