Established in 2012.
we provide fitness training tailored to suit the individual’s needs with regard to health, functionality, time, and goals. Our trainers will customize a program that identifies and targets your needs.
While we were originally primarily focused on individualized personal training we also offer a variety of group training options. Class offerings include circuit training, boot camps, and sport — specific for groups of 3 – 15 people. Classes incorporate body-weight, machines and other equipment to enhance all components of fitness in a fun yet challenging environment. Classes can be at an introductory level or more advanced to accommodate any level of fitness.

Joshua received his personal training certification in 2006. Joshua has continued his education by attending numerous seminars and studying health and fitness as a lifestyle and discipline. Joshua’s course-work combined with self study work enables him to work with individuals of all ages and levels. His experience, ability to motivate, drive for results and natural passion for health and fitness has enabled him to successfully train a wide variety of clients.
