«With customer service like that wouldn’t it deter people from buying things??? I know I wanted to get out of there.” — words of my boyfriend who rarely ever speaks ill of anyone.
All I’m going to say is the clothes are cute here but do not expect much in terms of help here. It will be awkward encounters. She was rude could not go anywhere around the store without holding her cell phone in hand. At one point while talking to her she put it up to her ear like she was making a call. I felt like I was catapulted back into high school but the woman was probably mid 30s.
Cute clothes though. Just pray they have a sale.

I love Lexi Drew, and the new location. It feels so much more full in there and the atmosphere now better matches a Birmingham Boutique feel. I always walk in and find something that I need and can always count on them to have something for when I am in a pinch. Always up to date in trends and still stays affordable. The staff are good hard workers and will help you find something till you’re satisfied. No complaints here, happy customer for a long time now.
