I recently went into the Orchid Day MedSpa to get a salt scrub and microderm treatment and had the most pleasant experience. The technician I saw was named Lauren and she has a massage background as well as being a licensed aestheticia. She did an amazing salt scrub treatment that left my body baby soft but did a painless and relaxing microderm treatment that lulled me to sleep. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Lauren to anyone.

I used to go quite frequently as the nail tech does fabulous foot massages. My experience was tainted when I got microdermabrasion there and the young esthetician there literally ruined my back several weeks before my wedding. I am a veteran of microderm, so this was not my first treatment. Previously I went to another plastic surgeon’s office to get it done. This time I decided to go to Orchid Day Med Spa because they had a special going on. Well let me tell you, do not fall for sales or good deals. Only go to the best, research and read reviews. I told her I had eczema and very sensitive skin, so she decides to give me an «aggressive treatment» using a 70% strength chemical peel! My back looked like I had 3rd degree burns, and I really regret not telling the owner of the spa and submitting pictures of my back. They will never have my business again.

My treatments were ok, but staff lacked professionalism. I didn’t feel comfortable there. Probably won’t go back… there are too many other spas to go to!
