Mark B. Polson has defended DUI and related traffic offenses for over 40 years. Whitney B. Polson joined with his father in 2008 to form Polson & Polson where the firm concentrates it’s practice in defending clients charged with Alabama DUI offenses, other traffic and misdemeanor charges in all Alabama courts.

Business Owner

Mark Polson was born in Tuscaloosa and has practiced law in Birmingham for over forty years. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the Cumberland School of Law. Polson & Polson has a statewide practice with a focus in defending DUI cases. Mr. Polson is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education Seminars on the subject of defending DUI.
