I love this place! The workers are always courteous with a nice big smile. The store is always clean and the fruit is impeccable! Never had a bad experience at any Publix! Glad Publix finally made it’s way throughout the state of Alabama! The deli is always well trained and prompt with your order. Forever a fan of Publix, but at times they can be pricey! Wish all businesses employees were so helpful and caring for the customer!

I cant remember being compelled to review a grocery store.
This Publix location is the best grocery store I’ve shopped at in Birmingham AL. The staff was very helpful and considerate. I found everything I was looking for which is unusual when buying a large buggy of groceries.

Publix is Publix. There are a few things I don’t like about this location.
One: They don’t carry some items that I have only been able to find in other Publix stores.
Two: Getting in and parking is often a nightmare. I’ve never seen so many Beamer and Lexus yuppies who can’t drive or park straight.
However, the staff in this location is always very friendly and don’t look like they are miserable.

What a treat to have such a constant in staff that they get to know you more each time you shop.
The store is always clean and everyone is always so friendly. As far as the other reviewer, I’m no sure what they are always out of that they need, but I’ve not had this problem. But I do shop several stores besides Publix for my food.

The produce is lacking. I don’t mind Publix but sometimes I need something and they either do not have it or it is wilted.
The people who work there are very nice and I like the greenwise section.
The prices are reasonable sometimes but I usually don’t feel like I am getting a «deal» unless I have coupons. Which are what you need, then you will save a lot at Publix.
