Scott Phillips’ dual degrees in Architecture and Building Construction (Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Building Construction), combined with years of experience on unique and very complex projects serves as a catalyst in bringing your vision into built form.

Business Owner

Scott P. Phillips has over 18 years of professional experience in a broad diversity of project types and sizes. His collective experience draws from a background in high-​end Healthcare, Commercial, Corporate, Retail, Residential, Academic, and Governmental architecture projects. Construction costs for projects under Scott’s direct management or other significant contribution total nearly 550 million dollars.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Architecture as well as a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. His in-​depth knowledge and expertise in the construction phase of projects has helped him take on complex renovation work, high-​tech medical facilities, food service establishments, and a brewery built into a renovated 100+ year old building.
