Tried to take some shoes in today and I quote the man who greeted us while ending a phone call on his Bluetooth, «we can’t do anything with most of the shoes people bring in.»
Very standoffish as if my friend and I were bothering him trying to get our shoes repaired…

Warning! Please put a microchip tracking device in your shoes, because they could disappear into the Black Hole that must exist in this establishment. He doesn’t give you a receipt to take home when you leave your shoes, so he depends on his memory to connect the shoes with a name. Let’s just say it’s a very bad connection.

Waaay too expensive! Just paid $ 25 to have a pair of heels repaired… I could have bought a new pair for that!.. I paid $ 6.00 for the same thing at a different store … That will teach me to ask the cost before assuming the cost next time!
