This company deserves a gold star! My furnace stopped heating last night. It was a night before a snow/​ice storm was predicted to hit. I called and talked with an operator hoping to get a service call the next day before the bad weather hit. I hunkered down under my down comforter and prayed for morning. Matt, the HVAC tech, called about 9am, showed up about 9:30 am, and made me a very happy (and warm) woman. He didn’t try to upsell anything (like a new unit or a complete overhaul)…just said I needed a tune-​up due to my burners being clogged. He waited around to make sure the unit was working properly and heated the house up a few degrees. The brisk 58 degrees in my house was quickly a thing of the past. I highly recommend using this company. Matt was extremely courteous and personable. He even used shoe covers before coming into my house! It’s rare nowadays to come across a company that I have full confidence in, but the service that W, C, Wright provides is a welcome surprise.
