Weil Wrecker Service

Truck broke down in the parking deck at target and Lonnie and Paul came out and got me picked up and taken to the mechanic with out any problems. They were professional and very nice. Could not ask for better service.

After having a near-​miss with a flatbed, our semi’s load shifted, to the point where it was too dangerous to continue on. We were able to get it to an exit ramp, but knew it would have to be towed and the contents re-​loaded and secured. The police officer who arrived on scene asked if we wanted their authorized service to come out, and called Weil. They arrived shortly after with four trucks, 8 workers and the owner of the company.
They offloaded part of the load, and helped block traffic while we drove slowly to their yard (in case the trailer tipped). Once there, they unloaded the remaining shipment and reloaded it. When we got word that it had to be loaded differently, they unloaded it again and reloaded and secured it to the best of their ability.
Everyone who helped was courteous and professional, and didn’t complain about all the work. My husband has been a truck driver for over 25 years, and he expected the final bill to be outrageous. Instead, it was much lower than expected. I can’t recommend Weil high enough.

I had a breakdown on 280 just minutes before 5 o’clock on a Friday afternoon. While this was embarrassing and inconvenient, I had AAA, so I knew I’d be taken care of. With that said, it would be at least 45 minutes before they could get there to pull me out if the road.
Out of nowhere, a tow Weil tow truck pulled up. I knew he was not my guy. When I told him if already called AAA, he said he would pull me out of the road in the meantime. His name was Chris, by the way. While I knew this was a huge help, I assumed he was going to try and stick me with a huge bill.
No charge. Seriously! I couldn’t believe it. He was over the top nice and professional.
