Business Owner

I have over sixteen years experience in private instruction and musical performance. I started giving bass lessons while attending the University of Mary in 1995 and started teaching guitar in 2001. I received a bachelors degree in music education and completed North Dakota teacher certification in 1999. My focus is on computer-​aided learning for guitar and bass students ages 9 and up and ukulele students between 6 and 8.

I have been active in the Midwest as a performer, composer, arranger, studio musician, and educator. I was a featured bassist at the 2003, 2011, and 2013 University of Mary Jazz Festivals and I’ve had the good fortune to share the stage with some of the best musicians in the country.
