Established in 2003.
Pil Seung was started in Christiansburg but has moved several times. We are now affiliated with Blacksburg Parks and Rec. and S.H. Kim’s Taekwondo in McClean VA. We have been a run by a group of friends for the past 7 years and have always tried to promote a family environment.
