We are a faith-​based business incubator ministry (501©(3)) that prepares our highly professional and licensed barbers and stylists to become entrepreneurs and launch their own successful businesses.

Pastor Clarence is a Founder and President of Teach ‘em to Fish, and he is a retired Federal CFO and retired Deloitte Consulting Director. Our value proposition is to establish a business incubator that helps deserving people get a fresh start and become economically self-​sustaining, transforming themselves, their families and the Prince George’s County, Maryland community.
