I recently moved to Blaine and have used this Pilgrim cleaners 4 times. The customer service has not been great. First, they have same day service but when I came in 15 mins prior to the cut off time for drop off the employee told me I was lucky and had just made it. She came across as irritated with me. She told me she prefers that drop off is about 30 mins or greater prior to the cut off for same day service so she has time to process the order. It would be better to simply change the same-day cut off times if that works better for them. She also didn’t like that I brought the clothes in on hangers. She insisted that I remove them and take them with me. Maybe this is standard in the area, but my experience with every other dry cleaner is that they don’t care one way or the other. My last experience made me really question whether I could count on this business. I brought my order in and asked for next day service. The person told me the clothes would be ready anytime the next day after 4pm. I needed this timing because I had an early flight the following morning. I came at 4:30 and only half of my order was in. The employee told me the truck was running behind and that is should be in by 8pm — their closing time. I asked if this happened allot and she said that if I for sure need the clothes that it’s best not to do next day or same day because sometimes things are late. The clothes were ready later that evening and I had to change my schedule to allow time to return for the rest of my order. Again, it would be better to just change the policy — don’t offer same day or next day if it’s too challenging to execute. I will try another cleaner in the area and see if I get better results.

Make sure you check your pockets before leaving anything at this place. Didn’t return money/ticket stubs left in my pocket. Never EVER had a cleaners keep money. VERY disappointing.
