We specialize in health, healing & the arts. Medical Massage is our most sought after massage but we also provide many other modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone & Chair Massage. We also provide Reiki, Reflexology & Raindrop. Currently we have art classes, sewing classes & Tai Chi running weekly. We have different, special workshops every month. Zumba and Tribal Belly Dance are starting soon & we will be having Sound Healing workshops regularly. Our business is also used by other social groups and space is available to rent hourly.

History

Established in 2011.

My husband and l both became interested in alternative therapies because we had both experienced repeated injuries from work related issues and from numerous, serious car accidents. Having tried most medical and some alternative therapies without any real progress we started exploring other modalities. For me Trigger Point work was what took me from being in pain ²⁴⁄₇ to almost zero within a month. That is why l specialize in Trigger Point Massage. Physical therapy with T.P. massage, Reiki and therapeutic oils is what helped my husband and these are the three modalities which we feel are of most benefit to our clients.
