Service One has been providing Northern NJ with an alternative approach to carpet cleaning since 1985. Our philosophy of putting the customer first mandates that we do things differently. We believe in providing the customer with a safe, high quality, hassle-​free service. We differ from most carpet cleaning companies in several ways. We use only the finest all natural cleaning agents and techniques. We do not believe in high pressure sales techniques. When possible we prefer to give an in-​home price quote as opposed to an over-​the-​phone estimate. This ensures that we know your specific needs. It also allows us to give you, our customer, an exact cost for the work to be performed. An added benefit is you will meet the person who will perform the work prior to scheduling an appointment. This no-​nonsense approach, combined with high quality cleaning standards, makes Service One the top choice of the educated consumer.

Business Owner

Charles Cannistraci started in the industry in 1981. By 1985 Service one was started. In 1988 he was elected treasurer of ACT (Association of Cleaning Technicians), a NJ based trade group. He was certified as one of NJ’s first Master Cleaners with the IICRC. Charles turned Service One in to one of the first carpet cleaning firms to embrace Green cleaning techniques and the use of «safe» all natural cleaning solutions.
