Amber did such an amazing job on my hair. Her salon is very convenient because they also sell a variety of beauty supplies. I definitely will be coming back!

I made an appointment to take my twin 5 year old daughters here after much assurance from the owner that they do kids’ hair all the time. I have done their hair myself for hours upon hours for 5 years and this was supposed to be their first «special» salon experience before starting kindergarten.
Our trip soon turned into a torture session as the employees ripped at my girls’ heads without even pausing while they were screaming in pain. I had a friend and two iPads with us to keep them busy but mostly they just clung to us crying. I should have just walked out multiple times. These people do not know how to work with children.
And by the time they were finished it looked no different (maybe even a little worse) than what I could do myself at home and their twists and braids are already coming out. What was supposed to be something special was so traumatic for my poor girls. And their hair styles (that were quoted as needing 3 hours to undo, wash, condition, de tangle, and rebraid and actually took them over 5 hours) will have to be redone in a few days now anyways.
Not going back, ever.

I came to this salon to get my hair blow dried straight like how I usually get from the Dominican salon and I also bought clip in hair extensions to put in afterwards. Not only did the lady not blow dry my hair straight to match the texture of the extensions, she wanted to charge me $ 20 to install the clip ins… What?! They are clip ins you idiot. A five year old can friggin do that!
I was there till 12am and my hair didn’t even look like it was even done! She needs more damn staff in her shop instead of having ten people waiting around forever especially if they made an appointment.
Needless to say, I walked out of the hair salon with my hair in a bun disappointed and pissed. I had to end that stupid session because my hair was not looking the way I wanted it and I had a trip coming in less than three days.
I’m never going to this hair salon again!
