The firm was established in 1992, and Frank J. Martone has represented clients in all aspects of real estate law since 1979. Manager

Ozge Otarsi, Esq. is one of four attorneys currently employed with Frank J. Martone, P.C. Ms. Otarsi specializes in the area of real estate law and creditor’s rights. Her specialty includes handling residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing, and representing mortgage lenders in all aspects of foreclosure litigation from initial title search and foreclosure complaint to property sale. Her specialty includes regular appearances in Bankruptcy, Chancery and Federal courts throughout the State of New Jersey advocating for lender’s rights.

Ozge Otarsi is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Seton Hall University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in English. Ozge received her Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law located in Wilmington, Delaware.
