The owner was great and accommodated me on a busy weekend. He used touch up on small nicks on the body and matched the paint perfectly. I was very happy with the work overall. Great job guys

Stopped in for a wash and noticed my leather two of a kind racing gloves, that I am 100% sure that they were in the car, were missing. The cashier was rude and didn’t care. I spoke with the manager and was told that they will call me to review their video tape. They are now closed for the day and no call. He too acted like I was wrong. Bottom line, dont leave anything valuable inside. I might get lost.

Been going to this place for years, not particularly because they’re outstanding, but they do the job and it is convenient. Went there right before a long weekend and left our stroller behind. When I came back following the weekend, I was told that they had brought the stroller inside and left near the cashier (accessible to anyone) and that it was there for most of the weekend, but they do not know where it is now. I know it’s my fault for forgetting it in the first place, but I just can’t believe that I’m the first person to leave something behind and that the store does not have a lost and found. I asked to speak to a manager, and apparently the place was running without one at that time. They took my number and promised that I would get a call. When I didn’t hear anything back, I called the next day and apparently the store was continuing to be run without a manager. I was advised that I should just come in to if I want to catch the manager (why would I waste time with another trip when the manager surely won’t be there). The place has surveillance cameras and they can easily have checked to see if another customer or their own employee stole the stroller. However, they either didn’t care, or didn’t want me to see who took it. Either way, I lose a $ 200 stroller, and they lose way more than that in revenue every year. Like I said, they do an adequate job, and there are plenty of other carwashes that are close by and adequate, but can at least be bothered to speak to their customers.

I went into this place asking for an inside/​outside wash. wanting full service of shampooed seats and everything– the girl wearing the ankle monitor told me no then my car came out with bird poo still on it, crumbs everywhere all in back seat and they just took everything from my floor and just threw it on the seat making more of a mess. This place was such a waste of money.

Car wash itself was done well. However, the cashier insisted that a $ 2.00 coupon is applied after state sales tax is added to the non-​discounted price.

I was very impressed with the service. I wanted a very basic car wash so went for the $ 15 option. Outside of the car was great, and inside was vacuumed and dashboard wiped clean, which was an unexpected surprise. I recommend this car wash.

After another car wash place that specialized in hand car washes changed their business practice to automatic machine wash I felt it was time to find another go to shower drive thru for my babies. Now since I take VERY good care of my cars I wanted a place that would clean them properly and baby them like I would. Frankie’s is my new go to spot. For slight over $ 20 bucks they clean the car very well. I wouldn’t call it Platinum level as their description states but they pretty much get close to that level. You simply drive up, get out of the car, escort your vehicle while remaining in the dryness of the building looking through the glass, and then watch as a swarm of employees get to drying and if if applicable painting the tires on your baby. It’s fast, efficient and like I said they do a pretty good job. I can’t say it’s as good as a hand wash establishment but I’ll take it. Oh and one more thing they have days where they have discounts on their washes and buying certificates ahead of time will net you some savings. So overall it’s a good place to swing on by and get the babies washed. That’s what I do.

I have been coming here for years. They do a great job and charge decent I think. Great service and attention to detail is pretty spot on.

I purchased the platinum package for $ 20 which was their most expensive of 4 options.
When I went inside to pay I asked at the register if they had any deals or programs… Guy said buy 5 car washes in advance and get the 6^th free… I said ok, I will think about it.
Turned around, a customer was taking a photo of a coupon code a few feet away.
So I asked him what that was… He said scan the code Every time you visit and on the 10^th visit your car wash is free…
Ummm, I had just asked about this… The guy who works there overheard and apologized like he forgot about the package that didn’t require advance purchases. Not cool. Maybe he did forget, maybe he didn’t– but you should know what your deals and specials are when your customers ask.
When they finished my car I walked over and circled the car. There were suds leaking out of the gas door, when I opened it there were a ton of suds in there… Also many streaky areas I asked them to go over the car again, they did.
When I drove away I noticed there were tons of crumbs still between and under the seats.
I went to auto zone and purchased some items to clean and shine the car myself and then went to another car wash and vacuumed if out.
So after $ 20 + a $ 4 tip I spent another $ 15 for cleaning supplies and 2 hours to get the car right.
Very disappointing service.

Been going here since they renovated the place. It’s one of the better places in the immediate area and they don’t charge you extra to clean the brake dust. There are a few things that I caution you about. They use a very powerful wheel cleaner and I always see the attendants spraying this product on the wheels (where it should only be sprayed) and then spraying it on the vehicle paint!!! The attendants have no idea about the chemical and they probably think it is just soap. I noticed after several washes, I had some type of etching with a spray pattern on the black trim of my car and I even noticed my BMW roundel hood emblem starting to chip. This is a result of the reckless spraying of an acid-​based brake cleaner on the plastic trim and paint of the vehicle where it does not belong. I told the attendant one time not to spray the cleaner on the paint and he took that to mean no spray at all so I left with a clean car with brake dust.
I like the design of the wash itself and I feel that my car always comes out the cleanest when I take it here. During the wash, there is the rotating spinning brush that cleans the hood and roof and I noticed that it’s hit or miss with this as sometimes the brush makes contact with my car and other times it doesn’t. One positive aspect of the design is a spinning tire scrubber that cleans the tires as well as the wheels. I haven’t seen this design at any of the other local car washes and my wheels come out looking really good and free of brake dust.
Prices are good. My car is always clean on the inside so I just get the exterior service. I have to give it three stars because the attendants need to be trained on car care. I’m a detailer myself and when I see people dropping rags on the floor and then picking them up and drying the car, or using a rag on a wheel and then going over the paint with the same rag, I find that unacceptable for a car wash as they are both dangerous and can permanently damage your paint by scratching it. My car is 10 years old so I don’t really care anymore. If you have a new car, I would never bring it to any commercial car wash because the machines will most definitely scratch your paint in some way.
If this establishment can train the attendants just a little bit, I’ll give them five stars.
EDIT: The owner responded and said that changes have been made so, as promised, this establishment gets five stars from me now.

I visited them last weekend and unfortunately they ruined my carpet. There is a huge hole on it now, I could put my fist through it. Of course they did not tell me when it happened, I only noticed it a few minutes later. I called them but the manager was not available even though I paid him a few minutes earlier. I left my name /​number with them but never received a call. I am too busy to go back and complain, I will simply never visit them again. My car is brand new, this was the first time it was washed.

I used this car wash years ago and it was fantastic! I especially liked the RainX treatment which lasted for at least a month. The past several times I went, they applied the RainX but it didn’t last. The last time this happened I went back he next day to complain but it was raining and they were closed. What a shame. It happened twice and I haven’t been back.

Why I was younger my mother took her car here. I am doing the same.

After coming here regularly for a year now, everyone knows me. They know my car and how I like it. The service has improved and I get a perfect wash every time. They accommodate me on all requests!!! I have to give this place five stars!
They are quick, convenient, great service, and still wash many expensive cars from large BMW’s, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Jaguar, Aston Martin, and the lot. My opinion has always been, if someone is willing to trust their «$ 75k plus ride» here… its’ because this place is legit!
Make sure u tip these guys! They deserve it.

The prices seem reasonable ($ 13-​$ 20 depending on which of the 4 options you choose), and they get you in and out pretty quickly.
There’s always tons of people working on your car after it comes out of the automatic wash. I counted 6 or 7 employees on a Friday morning at 8 AM cleaning the interior and drying the exterior. That said, when they indicated they were done, I didn’t expect to see white paint splattered on the side of my car. (I must have run over some recently re-​painted white lines on the shoulder of the road). Nevertheless, I clearly noticed the massive amount of paint while they all sat around and pretended to be ignorant. Side note: The paint could have been confused for scratches, so perhaps that’s what they thought it was and were therefore trying to deny responsibility.
When I pointed out to them that it was paint, two of the workers quickly got some spray and started to remove it. In the end, they did about 90% of a good job. There was still some left below the door, but they decided not to bother, almost as if it required too much effort.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I bought the full service package. Having had my car washed at a number of car washes where no one who actually touches your vehicle speaks English I knew I had to walk around the car, open the doors, and do an extensive personal level of quality control. Terrible! The inside doors were not wiped. No attempt had been made to fully vacuum the car. I believe someone deliberately scratched the paint on the inside rear door. I asked the man who I designated to wipe behind the others to tell me the word for «thieves» in Spanish. He understood but did not respond. The word for thief is «ladron.» Frankie’s finished me. I won’t get on that line again.
