This location is my favorite go to store for all of my vitamins and supplements. I’ve never experience any difficulties or lack of service in this store. I’ve grown to feel familiar with Carlos and Christian, they are both attentive and informational. They are always eager to share samples of new products, I love that! I specially appreciate Alex for being so patient for answering all of my questions and guiding me to the best product for my supplement needs. All of the staff does a great job with keeping the store tidy and well stocked. ]

I had received a flyer on my car for this gnc for 40% off the whole store so decided to check it out. First, parking is definitely an issue as there’s only street or side parking. My biggest issue was the employee alex. Other employees had told me the 40% off was good for almost everything, but alex refused, saying it was only for gnc products. This was a complete lie since when I said no thanks, he started pulling items off she levels and remarked «fine you want this?» He then asked me personal questions and insisted I tell him where I bought my protein and how much I paid. When I told him, he said «bro you’re lying «. He called his buddy or co worker and said «bro this kid claims he bought 5 lb of protein for 40 bucks» (which I do quite often). I continued to say no thanks and tried to walk out but he tried pushing me to buy with comments like, «I actually know what I’m talking about, I’ve been doing this for ten years» and «Yo seriously? I’m trying to feed my family». I just ignored him and walked out shaking my head. Throughout my whole time in store, his attitude was nasty and demeaning. Never in any retail experience have I encountered something like this
