Hair So Fab

Hair is thin when i purchased it it felt thick however once installed thin as paper the wefts were raggedy string hangn from the ends… A MESS! i went to the store to purchase 16,18, 20 it looks more like 12 14 16. Very disappointed take your measuring tape with you matter fact its not even worth purchasing the advertisments are false on IG take your money elsewhere!!! NO NEED TO CALL AN COMPLAIN AFTER READING OTHER COMPLAINTS DONT HAVE TIME FOR THE RUN AROUND GLAD MY MAN PURCHASED AN DOESNT HAVE A PROBLEM IN MAKN ME HAPPY AN PURCHASING MORE HAIR FR9M A DIFF COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY!

They have amazing hair. The hair quality is amazing. They have several different hair textures to choose from to suit everyone. Also, Great customer service; they do try their best to assist you in every way possible .
They also have a website (
) and a Instagram (hairsofab) that you can go to in order to see other pictures of the hair you are interested in. They always have promo and discount codes which can allow you to get your hair at a cheaper cost as well. They also post videos on their Instagram page showing the hair live and with their models doing hair tutorials .
Overall, awesome company, great quality !

Online this place seems fancy with high quality stuff. I went there and it is just a storefront. I was in a bind so I spent wayyyyy to much money on far to little hair. They sell it in these cheap plastic bags.
The quality is barely above pack hair:
— super dry, uneven ends
— lots of grays
— the cuticles are not in one direction so it tangles LIKE CRAZY
— quite a bit of shedding as a result.
The hair is not virgin, definitely processed i’m guessing 6−6a quality and had that disinfectant smell to it. I co washed it BEFORE INSTALLING PRR THEIR RECOMMENDATION and THE TEXTURE CHANGED DRAMATICALLY. They won’t let you return anything after your wash it. I’m guessing it is the stuff that they sweep off the floor and process in China (google it).
I spent almost $ 400 on 4 bundles that are supposed to last one year and I am already replacing it 3 weeks later with 8a hair I got online for HALF THE PRICE. Also, I’m pretty sure the hair, stretched out, isn’t the length advertised.
NEVER AGAIN. Don’t go here, you will be disappointed.

So, I installed the hair months ago. Only wore the hair one time.
I was planning on trying to re-​use the hair. And the closure is no good! It’s all matted looking like $ 5 packed hair.
I tried to revive the hair with all kinds of deep conditioners. Everything. Nothing works at all. So matted and tangled you can no longer see the part!

I think its so funny that the business owner contacted me on a review but then turned around and deleted her response to me so… I will reply anyway so here it is. You such a liar an why would I call 50 times if your customer service was up to pare of course I’ll call 100x that’s 400 $ you just took from me without a call back. I did what you asked sent 4 videos of the hair an how it won’t straighten I have short hair why wouldn’t 2 bundles be enough I’ll tell you why because you sold me a bad batch so the fact that I wasn’t satisfied an wanted to exchange the left over hair why the hell won’t you follow your policy an do that??? All you did was never contact me an basically say f#$k you I got your money so what if your not satisfied with your hair I will go on YouTube post the videos of your not so fab hair and let your consumers decide. You do bad business an I’m not the only one who complained about how terrible your service is who would waste there time posting a review if your hair is as good as you say it is I will continue to post reviews and I will show on YouTube how terrible your hair is as so when someone searches about your hair they will be warned about ur false advertising. feel free to call I’m still waiting. I went to the shop in Bloomfield to personally pick up the hair I wanted and I am highly disappointed! I ordered Brazilian Body Wave 16″ 18″ and 20″. This hair did not seem thin in the store however once I installed it and flat ironed it I now see that this hair is thinner than paper!!! I hate it! No fullness no thickness, nothing! It does get bone straight but that’s it. I spiral curled it to get more body and fullness and it still looks very thin. For the same price of this hair you can order from Kendra’s Boutique on Instagram!

I’ve researched and researched the best quality hair that I though would match my hair type, and although I knew it was off a bit I figured if I got a sew-​in that I would only have to leave out a little of my own hair and the rest would blend. Well first off, after I washed and dyed the hair the luster became super shiny and stringy. I have the body wave in 18,16 and 14″. Once the sew-​in was complete it looked like I had in one bundle of plastic hair. So if you want a full head of hair and you like that stringy look you will need a min of 6 bundles. There was no shedding but the wefts are really I mean really thin and I doubt it’s 3.5 oz of hair. The customer service was great, but if your hair is natural this is not the hair for you.
