I want to thank Brandon for his help in installing two different home theatre set ups in our new home. Brandon took the time to talk through all the options and provided detailed pricing for various configurations. He listened to what I had to say and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.
He installed a SONOS network as well and Apple TV to both systems. In addition, Brandon suggested a dedicated speaker selector so I can turn off various zones in my home at the click of a button.
Throughout the process which had some hiccups due to some unexpected WIFI signal strength issues, Brandon was patient and worked through the problems with me. Now both systems work great and the kids have their zone, and the parents have theirs.
The entire process took two days and the work was clean, neat and a lot of attention to detail which I appreciate. All the equipment is carefully labeled and placed in a dedicated rack in my basement and I could not be happier.
So if you want an honest, fair priced, flexible installer who is well versed in SONOS and home theatre systems and programmable remotes, look no further. I look forward to working with him again on some other projects.

Brandon spent several hours at my house on Saturday carefully configuring and connecting all of my audio and home theater equipment in the living room. This is a very complex set-up because I actually run two different systems on the same platform, one for multi-channel home theater and also a dedicated two-channel system. The only things the 2 systems have in common are the front speakers (the HT prepro accesses the fronts via an HT Bypass connection in my tube stereo preamp).
Brandon was meticulous and patient. He was also very neat and tidy. The install presented a number of unexpected hiccups, but he managed to work through or around them to get everything up and running almost flawlessly before he left. I say «almost» because we both knew before he started that he would still have some macro programming to do for the remote after he left.
All in all, I’m very excited to have discovered a service provider as knowledgeable and responsive as Brandon and will use him for lots of other things going forward. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue, I found Brandon from high Def innovations randomly online searching for someone that can hang my 60″ flat screen and soundbar above my fireplace. I spoke to him sent him some pictures and he said no problem. Brandon showed up on time and executed this job flawlessly. He created an outlet for behind the tv and the only thing I had to do was lift the tv into the mount with him. He even cleaned up after himself. I was so impressed with his work I had him come back a few days later to install 6 recessed lights in my family room and install 2 lights in closets. He spackled whatever holes he made and I just had to sand it and paint which was no big deal as the holes were rather small.
I would highly recommend using hi def innovations for whatever electrical work you need.
