I feel like I’ve grown up on Max’s pizza. This pizza’s sauce is unique — it’s a bit hard to describe, but it’s a little sweeter than most sauces, and you can really taste the tomato (as opposed to tasting more garlic/​oregano/​etc.) The crust is on the thicker side, which makes for a good complement with a nice cold one.
