Benson’s Transmissions

These guys were phenomenal. I was recommended by a co-​worker and her word was golden with these guys. I was told by Aamco that I would need my transmission rebuilt and was flabbergasted considering the vehicle didn’t feel in that dire of a situation. Brought it here and these guys diagnosed my vehicle, identified the problem (not rebuilding the transmission but something minor), and even serviced my transmission twice to make sure it was all clean for a very moderate charge. I’m definitely coming back and recommend Benson’s to everyone who needs help with their transmission.

These guys are no BS, they want to help you not rob you. I’ve used them a few times and I will go to them with any transmission work I may need.

Bensons was GREAT! They new EXACTLY which transmission I needed, without going to the computer. He gave me an OUT THE DOOR price. He gave me a warranty and even offered an extended warranty. He was up front in regards to what the warranty didn’t cover.
He allowed me to look at the parts of a transmission and showed me the inter workings and how the transmission operated. His price was very similar to several other shops I called. He told me it would be ready in 48 hours… It was.
I did not get a call saying there were surprises or extra charges… His out the door price was the out the door price.
He showed me my parts and showed me the bad parts and showed me the excessive wear and heat damage.
I hope I never have to put in another transmission but if I do… I’m going to Bensons.

So, last week I actually had to take my car in for a new transmission. Mark was the bestest. Great work, great price! Highly recommended… AGAIN!
