Classic Touch Limousine Service

Good drivers, rotten dispatch. I just used this service for a round trip from Bloomington to the IND airport. My pick up was about 10 minutes late — no crisis, but for the cost, I expected an on time pick up. Although I reserved the service two days before and got a confirmation call the night before, the driver said he didn’t have me on his pick up list until 2:00 (my pick up was scheduled for 2:15). We then had to head out to the burbs to pick up another passenger, which put me in a real time pinch, given that we left town 30 minutes later than scheduled. On the return, I had to wait 30 minutes at the airport for pick up, again even though I had gotten a confirmation and even called dispatch to let them know my flight was a bit late. The really polite, professional driver said that dispatch made changes to the pick up schedule, so he was down town when he got the call to pick me up. For 120 bucks round trip, I expect a more professional service. I’ll just drive myself next time.

On January 15, 2015 I placed a reservation with Carte Blanche Limousine Inc. (dba Classic Touch Limousine, Inc.) for a private car transport from Bloomington, Indiana to the Indianapolis International Airport. I received two emails confirming this reservation. Several days before the scheduled trip, I placed a phone call to Classic Touch Limousine, Inc. as final verification that everything was in order. The morning of my trip, the driver did not arrive at the scheduled time of pickup, 7:30am. At 7:40am I once again placed a phone call to Classic Touch Limousine, Inc. to inquire as to his whereabouts. I spoke with a service agent who told me that my reservation was in the computer but had not been scheduled for the day. She said that all of the drivers were in Indianapolis, and currently enacting other jobs. She offered to book me a shared ride at 8:30am, however I declined as this would have been too late for my scheduled flight, and there was only one available seat when I had two passengers. At this time I asked for confirmation to be emailed to me, stating that my reservation had now been cancelled and no charges had been placed on my credit card.
Because of this issue, I was late to the airport and arrived with only five minutes to spare in order to make my flight. I had to drive over an hour, pay for parking at the airport, and leave my personal vehicle in an outdoor parking lot for over a week. I also received no confirmation from Classic Touch Limousine, Inc. that my reservation had been cancelled and my credit card not charged.
I do not recommend this company under any circumstance. Classic Touch Limousine was locally owner and well operated before Carte Blanche Limousine Inc. took over.
