This is the best rental company I’ve ever dealt with in Bloomington. I’ve rented from them for 3 years and they have helped me with any concerns or questions immediately. Many rental companies treat students badly in Bloomington, and maintenance requests or other issues can go unresolved for months. Costley was always great. Highly recommend them.

I just wanted to give a shout out to one of the BEST Rental Agencies I’ve recently dealt with… From the very beginning/​day one I was treated respectfully, professionally and compassionately by Asst Property Mgr CICELY TURNER and later also by EMILY & the OWNER JULIE… The property, itself, was in excellent condition and recently painted and upgraded — WHAT a relief after some of the SCARY places I looked at before finding my Sweet Cottage ;-) Every encounter w/​the COSTLEY staff was/​has been very pleasant & I am truly Grateful; I highly recommend working with them…
