History
Established in 1994.
Linda Logan established Fiscal Foundations in 1994 to provide support to small businesses in setting up and maintaining their financial management systems. In 2006, Jennifer Heifort joined the management team as a partner and the company began a significant expansion.
The ultimate mission of Fiscal Foundations is to increase the success of small businesses and non profit organizations. Providing business owners/directors with accurate, up-to-date, useful accounting information about their business is the critical component.
Today, we have staff in both Minnesota and in Texas. We serve the entire Twin Cities Metro, Central MN, Western Wisconsin and beyond.
We take pride in hiring the best QuickBooks experts in the business. Several members of our staff are QuickBooks Pro Advisors/Advanced Certified Pro Advisors — and all have at least 15 years of related experience! Fiscal Foundations also works directly with Intuit (the makers of QuickBooks) as a Premier Reseller.

Linda L.
Business Owner
Linda Logan has been using QuickBooks since the day it came on the market. Linda is a member of the QuickBooks Pro Advisor Program and an Intuit Premier Reseller.
For 10 years prior to setting up Fiscal Foundations, she was a partner/owner of a management training and consulting company working with top large corporations focusing on product quality, customer satisfaction and process improvement and documentation. She had acquired her experience and expertise in these areas while employed by Control Data Corporation in 1980 – 1985. Previous work experience included managing her own retail craft store and working for a variety of small businesses in accounting and sales functions. During the first eight years of her career, she was a teacher.
Linda graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Emporia State University (Kansas) and completed graduate work at the University of Kansas & University of Missouri.
