Rita Fish-Whitlock brings attention to detail and a high level of personal service to each of her clients. Rita is dedicated to advancing her clients’ interests, and her tenacity has earned her wide respect.
Rita is a 2001 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She also holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Minnesota — Mankato.
Rita is admitted to practice in front of the Minnesota Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the State of Minnesota.
Her primary areas of practice include family law, criminal law, personal injury, worker’s compensation, probate and estate planning, business litigation and liquor liability.
