My personal experience says: don’t take them something they don’t have direct experience in repairing. They didn’t follow instructions, didn’t repair the bike I brought in(a much older Yamaha), made it worse(admitted to stripping a gear), added parts that didn’t fix the problem, and didn’t behave in what I feel is a professional matter. They seemed poised, after all of this, that I was going to sue them; I didn’t. I won’t set foot in their shop again; caveat emptor.
