Do not do business here if you are looking for an above ground pool; they only cater to people installing inground pools & landscaping. I was told an above ground could be installed yet this summer, but after giving thought to an inground pool for 24 hrs, they all of a sudden do not have time. However, they have time to blast limestone in order to install an inground. Money focused — not customer focused.

Friendly staff and mostly helpful with my spa questions and needs. They carry SpaGuard products, which seem to work nicely, and are a local Master Spa dealer and service provider. My only complaint would be the hours (no weekends).

USE CAUTION WHEN DOING BUSINESS HERE!
I recently purchased an item here. When I reached my car to leave I had a bad feeling like I had just been cheated. I got home and checked Amazon and found that I had been cheated. The piece I found at Amazon was 60% cheaper than what Grimes charged. I ordered it, and when it arrived I went back to Grimes to return the never opened item. I was charged a 15% restocking fee. So not only did they overcharge me for the item, they then charged me to return it unopened after a week. There are no signs there indicating a restocking fee would be charged for returned goods.
