J.G.M. Properties, Inc. is a small, family owned, commercial management company. It was founded in 1980 and is currently located in Bloomington, MN at 1224 West 96^th Street. Our management company strives to provide the best in customer service and care for our tenants. Each building we manage has it’s own partnership in which we are the managing partner. This allows us to carefully budget and maintain each one.

Over the past four years we at J.G.M. Properties have streamlined our systems to provide more timely and accurate service to our tenants. As you will experience, J.G.M. is continuing to innovate using the latest technology and is motivated to find and implement better systems in our office.
