Juan is simply a good human being. Anyone who’s ever actually met him immediately understands that. We recently had to move from NY to Bloomington for my husband’s career. Initially I was quite anxious as I had never even visited the midwest, and had lived in NY all of my life. I chose Juan Carlos as our realtor based on reviews I had read online, and boy was that a lucky find! I made several house hunting trips from NY, some with my husband and some alone, and spent days at a time with Juan Carlos viewing homes.
