I appreciate Big Mike taking the time to notice and notify me of alignment issues while there for an oil change, then squeezing me into their already busy schedule that same day. He went above and beyond my expectations and made me feel like a friend before a customer, further putting me at ease and making me feel like I was in good hands.

I called in on Friday, 11-​6-​2015 to schedule an oil change and tire rotation per my service agreement. I asked to get in ASAP and they were able to schedule me in later that afternoon. They did a wonderful job as usual and Mike found that there was one recall on my vehicle and they took care of that as well. I could not be more happy with the service I received.

I wasn’t sure what to do when my car wouldn’t start and I was pretty confident it wasn’t a battery issue. I called Chad because I’ve worked with him on other car issues and I know I can rely on him and trust him. I left a message, and then spoke to another service person in the meantime who helped me with information for free towing that I qualified for if I wasn’t able to turn the car over.
Chad called within minutes and lent his advice if a jump didn’t work. The jump worked, but I called and talked to Chad and he encouraged me to stop in and they’d take a look, he had a few ideas as to what the problem might be. I had time so I came in with the car. I was greeted warmly by your staff and Chad assisted me in a very prompt matter, getting my car in right then. They were able to solve the issue, and I was in an out in 40 minutes — and with a nice little car wash to top it off.
I really appreciate the service I receive every time I’m in there and the friendly nature of everyone; it makes a huge difference. They turned a rough morning in to a not so bad day. Awesome service every time.

My appointment was set for 6pm to get my oil changed and I called to see if they could fit me in earlier and they said yes come on in! Very nice facility as well

I came in to Lupient Chevrolet to purchase my first new car. The customer service from the staff was excellent. I found a great deal (a 2014 Chevy Cruze) and was able to strike a deal within several hours that was both affordable and reasonable.

All of the Lupient employees were courteous and helpful. I will definitely visit again!

First let me state, that my prior experiences have been very good, and those led me to continue using Lupient during my stay here in the Twins. Overall, this last trip was a fairly good experience, although below the others.
Chad was my initial service adviser, and got everything setup promptly — he got the truck checked in (late on a Friday, too) got me in a loaner car, and gave an honest timeline for repairs. He even called on Saturday to confirm that the technicians were not able to get it in.
However on Monday, things did not go as well. Marlin called with a quote for the fuel pump, but advised that the battery had been tested and needed replacement. I advised that as the battery was under warranty, I would come and take it to O’Reilly’s and have it replaced under warranty. Once I arrived, Marlin advised that there would be a $ 20 fee to remove and reinstall the battery. I understand the liability of letting a customer work in the bay, so, although not pleased, I agree to it. O’Reilly’s tested the battery on (2) different machines, and advised that although low, the battery was fine. While purchasing other items, the battery was fully charged. (approximately 15 minutes). I was later advised that there would be an additional charge for the fuel pump. Apparently the old connectors and new connectors are different, and the unit would need to be hard wired. Having worked on my own vehicles in the past, I know that cutting the connectors off and hard wiring them in, takes hardly more than a few minutes. This on top of knowing that a new OEM fuel pump can be bought at part stores for approximately $ 325, opposed to the $ 440 charged by Lupient. However, I do realize that there is a cost involved, for the warranties that dealership provide.
In conclusion, I feel that work performed and the services rendered were at a fair price, when taken as a whole — services performed, warranty, and loaner vehicle. However, the feeling of being «nickel and dimed» still lingers. After getting, and explaining to, the service manager, that I had taken time out of my schedule to tend to the battery, due to the misdiagnosis of his technician, he did remove the charge. But I had to wait for him to come over, talk to the tech, and give his approval. I feel that, as Marlin was aware of the situation, the charge should have been removed as a courtesy, on the front end.

Update 10−16−14…Same great service once again. I’ve always had luck here. I got my usual oil change with a tire rotation. Car runs better and drives great with the tire rotation… no issues. Plus they took me over to another place during my appointment and called to pick me up when the car was ready. They aim to please and the invoice was very competitive… no reason to try and find a cheaper place. :)
I went in for my usual oil change and tire rotation. They greeted me at the door, immediately looked up my appointment, let me know they had my part in for a recall on my car and told me they could fit me in to do that as well. He then explained to me the customer convenience waiting area and pointed out the features of coffee, cocoa etc…(There was a full pot of coffee too even for that late in the day) He told me how long the wait and it didn’t take as long as he said. (Bonus) He came up to get me when the car was done and took me out to my freshly washed car. I was very happy with this customer service. In this day and age it was a very pleasant surprise. I also want to mention the shop has been redone and it was very nice, bright and clean.

I was there about a month ago and frankly I know I will never buy a car there. Long story short, I am looking to purchase a summer car and was interested in the new Chevy Camaro. I looked online and noticed that they had one at this location. I went the next day to go take a look and maybe a test drive. The minute I got there I noticed that there were no salespeople walking around the lot so my friend and I went in. Nobody inside offered help while we stood there so I went to the counter and asked the receptionist for help and she called someone over. Now mind you, the gentleman who came over to help us was one of four salesmen just sitting at the front of the showroom chatting with eachother. He came up and I told him I was interested in looking at the Camaro outside. He looked my friend and I up and down as though there is no way we could afford a car like that. He walked us out to the car, lit up a cigarette, and stood there. So my friend and I started talking about the car seeing that he wasnt interested in helping up that much. It wasnt until these words came out of my mouth, «my grandparents would have to come look at it before I were to buy it, seeing that they are paying for it». Now he perked right up and wanted to help us. He unlocked the car and had me sit in it, started telling me all about the options and so forth. Now it is sad that I actually had to say out loud that my grandparents were going to be paying for the car as a gift. That shouldnt matter. Especially in this economy you would think he would have been a little more eager to sell a car. End of story, I spent a good 15 minutes before I got any help or actually had a salesman who took me as a serious customer. Shame on him for judging anyone by looks or age. Buddy you would be suprised how many people may not look the part but could easily drop cash and walk off the lot with a car much like i did with the car I am currently driving.
