Neanderthal Cycle Salvage

I had a very pleasant experience with the people at neanderthal, I had a Honda cbr 1000 hurricane and. I needed a oil pan, not only did they have the part but they shipped it to me and I was back rolling in a few days instead of searching and searching for months for that classic motorcycle part.

Gave them a call the lady was nice and quick about finding my parts… I didnt have any problems…

Very rude woman answered the phone (first she spoke in Spanish) — was cagey when I asked about the bike’s history & registration fee information that was posted on Craigslist. She kept repeating «WE BUY AND SELL BIKES» when asked where the bike was purchased/​repossessed as if that explained everything I needed to know about the history.
When I politely asked her what her name was, she muttered «Neanderthal.»
Me: «Your name is… Neanderthal?»
Her: «Yes.»
It was hard to tell whether she just didn’t understand my question or if she was actually that rude.
It was kinda hilarious how unhelpful and frigid she was. I can only assume that this place has shady business practices if this interaction is any reflection of their philosophy.
