Scholar’s Quad is a small collegiate apartment community in Bloomington, IN. We are literally across the street from Indiana University on the corner of 10^th & The Bypass. We have modern 1 & 2 bedroom apartments (72 total). Over the years, we have been very popular with undergraduate & graduate students looking for an above average, well maintained apartment. We’re not the typical crazy college community. Most of our residents are social, but most are mature as well. If you’re looking to be close to campus, have a nice apartment, and not worry about someone throwing a beer bottle through your window, Scholar’s Quad is a great choice.

Residents also appreciate the FREE high speed Internet, free water, free parking, and washer/​dryer included in their apartment. We have professional on-​site maintenance and management as well.
